Home life: When he’s not a work he loves spending time with his family, his four children keep him on his toes. He likes the occasional cinema trip with Chris and Tom Collins the butcher.

Bio:

Although he began in the shop serving customers, he quickly established himself as one of the key members of the production team. Despite his cheeky smile and ever happy presence you’ll rarely find him in the shop.

Toms working days are spent doing a variety of different production jobs, from making burgers to vacuum packing and tying joints of meat, Tom does it all. He also loves a trip to the coffee cart during work, his favourite is hazelnut latte.
