Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

If in doubt, wrap it in bacon! And to make it even more awesome wrap it in our oak smoked & dry cured streaky bacon! Super easy to make and a perfect accompaniment to our BBQ range. This classic BBQ side dish just got a whole lot more fun and delicious!

Serves 8

Bacon wrapped corn recipe

Ingredients

8 corn on the cobs
16-20 rashers of our streaky bacon
~1tsp chilli powder (or your favourite herbs & spices)

Method

  1. Heat up the barbie getting it nice and hot.
  2. Season each corn with salt, pepper and your chosen herbs/spice.
  3. Wrap 2-3 rashers of bacon around corn tightly. Cover each corn with aluminium foil and twist ends.
  4. Add to the barbie and cook for 20-30 min until bacon is cooked and corn is soft.
