Cajun Chicken Burger
If you have a craving for a takeaway chicken fillet burger, but don’t want all the unnecessary calories, highly processed vegetable oils (the list goes on), then give this healthy burger a go! It’s made with our English chicken, spicy Cajun seasoning, and finally topped off with an egg! Natural protein, healthy fats, great flavours and perfect if you’re in need of quick and healthy dinner.
Ingredients
Makes 2 Fillet burgers
1 large marinated chicken fillet (we choose Cajun but you can choose), halved
2 wholemeal rolls
1 large tomato, sliced
1 handful spinach, washed
Salt and pepper to season
Goats cheese or cottage cheese
2 large eggs
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 200c.
2. Place marinated fillet in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
3. Once cooked, fry eggs and top with spinach, tomato and cheese.
4. Pick it up and dig in!
